Pie Pastry – no roll

Mix with fork in pie pan:

1   1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Whip with fork in measuring cup:
1/2 cup oil
2 Tblsp milk

Pour into pan, mix with fork until blended. Pat with hands to shape evenly. 

Bake at 450 degrees for 7 minutes- check- bake just until light on the edges.
